How it works…

So you’re ready and excited to book but have a few questions? No problem I’ll answer a few of the most common questions and concerns for you right here.

What does “all inclusive mean?”

All inclusive simply means that the price that you see includes my session fee AND digital images for you to keep and print where you’d like.

Do you offer prints?

I do! When you receive your digital gallery you’ll be able to download them and print them where you’d like, but you also will have the option to order more professional, archival, quality prints, canvases, and more right from your gallery.

How does the payment work?

So I offer several different options for payments, my prefered options are those that do not incur a fee for me to use the payment service. So things like PayPal, Stripe, and even the invoicing system that I use to send invoices to clients, these all have fees attached to them. My favorite forms are cash, checks, cashiers checks, and Venmo. For births I require $400 to book, and for all other sessions I require 50% down to secure your session. After that, payment plans can be arranged with me however you need. Images are delivered upon final payment.

Can we set up a time to meet with you?

Absolutely! However this is going to look a little different than it has in the past and I’ll explain why. I’m a working mama of 2 young ones, who also homeschools; so needless to say I am busy. I love this life of mine, but over the years of my business I’ve learned that I just can’t do it all. So to answer the question, YES! You can absolutely set up a time to meet with me, I especially love doing this with my birth clients because it’s extremely important to me that you are as comfortable in your birth space as you can be, and I just don’t think that happens if we’ve never met until then.

However I am no longer able to make trips on off hours; like during/after dinner times and weekends. These are the hours that are typically the best for all of us, I know. We all have jobs and wee ones and this just happens to be the sweet spot for all the husbands to get involved and for everyone to be kid free. These hours also happen to be gold to me now and in the season of life that I am in, and I just can’t justify losing a minute of it. I have one dedicated day during the week (Wednesday), that I get my work done in, and in this time I will be taking consultations, in my home.

What if Wednesday just doesn’t work for me?

No problem! I can hop on the phone or Skype during these sweet golden hours. OR if you know that you want to book with me and really need to make another time work, I can absolutely make something else work. All you need to do is put down a non-refundable fee of $50 for our consultation. I can come to you any day and time of the week if we go this route. The $50 helps pay for the gas and time for me to be away from the fam for an hour or so, and it counts towards your overall total when you book!
